THE STUDIO DESK / INTERACTIVE DEMO

You do the work.
Let’s make the business feel lighter.

Clients, quotes, invoices, plans and those “how do I handle this?” moments. Give them a home outside your head.

A working space for people who sell their time, ideas and expertise. With living tools shaped by my 25 years of experience.

One purchase. No monthly subscription.

YOUR BUSINESS HAS A HOME HERE.
FOR DESIGNERS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, CONSULTANTS, MARKETERS & PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH CLIENTS.

You’re good at what you do.
Then there’s everything else.

The quote waiting to be sent. The feedback that makes no sense. The invoice you’ll chase tomorrow. Again.

You started a business to do work you care about. Somewhere along the way, you also became the project manager, bookkeeper and person who remembers absolutely everything.

I know that feeling. It’s why I built the Studio Desk: somewhere to keep the details, work through the decisions and see what needs you next.

A little less in your head.
A little more room for you.

FROM THE FIRST ENQUIRY TO THE FINAL INVOICE

The work around your work.
All with a place to go.

A business moves. Enquiries become projects. Plans change. Payments come in. Your Desk is a place to work with those details as they change.

THE MONEY SIDE, WITH SOME ORDER.
01Know what happens next.

Keep contacts, project stages and notes together in Clients. Come back to the next step without piecing the story together from messages.

02Give the money your attention.

Work through pricing, prepare quotes and invoices, track payments and keep running costs in view. The finance room brings Studio Books into the full Desk.

03Make a plan you can work with.

Use Daily Planner to give today some structure. Keep ideas in Design Notes and make space for the work you want to explore in Passion Projects.

04Find help with the tricky bits.

Head to Admin HQ for practical tools around enquiries, briefs, pricing, scope, client replies and deadlines.

05Remember the person doing it all.

Creative Mindset and The Living Room make room for reflection and encouragement alongside the business. You’re allowed to need both.

25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. PUT TO WORK.

A little like having me
at the other end of the desk.

The lessons, the questions I’ve learned to ask, the conversations I used to avoid. I’ve put that experience into tools you can work with.

Bring your situation. Give the tool the details. Get help making sense of the brief, finding the words or working out your next step.

That’s what I mean by living tools: practical guidance you use with the work in front of you, while it’s happening. Read it, make it yours and make the final call.

With you in the messy middle.

THE VAGUE ENQUIRY

“What are they actually asking for?”

Client Enquiry Decoder, Brief Fixer and Ask the Right Questions help you unpack the request and find what’s missing before you commit.

THE AWKWARD REPLY

“How do I say this nicely?”

Use Client Email Ghostwriter to work through a response, or Feedback Translator to turn unclear comments into useful direction.

THE EXTRA REQUEST

“That wasn’t in the quote.”

Scope Creep Guard helps you assess the extra work and respond. Pricing Confidence Tool helps you explain your price.

THE VERY FULL WEEK

“When am I meant to do all this?”

Deadline Planner and My Ideal Week help you think through the time available and make a more realistic plan.

SAME DESK. YOUR OWN STYLE.

Personalise your Desk.
Make it your own.

Your logo. Your colours. Your favourite photo and a few words to start the day.
Eight real examples. One very personal workspace.

FOR THE BUSINESS YOU’RE BUILDING. AND THE LIFE AROUND IT.

DIFFERENT BUSINESSES. FAMILIAR CONVERSATIONS.

If you work with clients,
you’ll know the feeling.

“What will it cost?” “When can we have it?” “Could you just add this?”

You might design brands, photograph weddings, plan spaces, advise clients or run campaigns. The work is different. The need for clear expectations, sensible pricing and a plan is familiar.

You’ll feel at home here if…

  • You want client details and next steps in one place.
  • You’re ready to give quotes, invoices and planning a regular place in your week.
  • You’d like practical support with the conversations you keep putting off.
  • You want your business to leave room for a life, too.

Built from a designer’s experience, with business tools that reach beyond design. Specialist creative tools sit alongside the everyday essentials.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING

Before you
make it yours.

Still have a question?
Ask me, Nelett ↗

Is it only for graphic designers?

No. The everyday business tools are relevant to photographers, interior designers, architects, consultants, marketers, PR professionals and other people working with clients. There are also specialist design tools, reflecting where my experience began.

Is this the actual Desk?

Yes. You’re exploring the real interface with practice information. You can move between rooms and edit sample entries. Live tool responses, exports and cloud sharing are switched off in this preview. Reloading clears your practice changes.

What do you mean by living tools?

Tools you use with the details of your own situation. They help you work through a brief, a reply, a price or a plan using the questions and approach I’ve built into them. You review the guidance and decide what fits your work.

Do I need to buy Studio Books separately?

No. The complete Desk includes its finance room. Studio Books is also available as a standalone tool if you only need the money side.

Where does my work save?

The full Desk stores your work on your device, so regular backups matter. This public demo keeps practice changes temporarily and resets when reloaded. Check the shop for current access and delivery details.

Is there a monthly subscription?

The Studio Desk is a one-time purchase. The Shopify product page has the current price, availability and purchase details.
